I had an excellent experience with the Amanda Howard team. I used them to both sell my current home (Allie Wright) and purchase my new home (Tina Craft). I had more interaction with Tina since purchasing a home is a more interactive process. Tina was excellent and definitely helped me find a home that fit what I wanted. She never showed any hesitation at going to show me any property I wanted to look at, in fact she took me to look at two churches I was looking at as purchasing as a primary residence before I finally settled on a fairly eclectic home. Even though it is a ridiculous time in the real estate business she never fell behind on what needed to get done for my home. She also dealt with a very difficult realtor on the other side. Allie was excellent as well. She and her team basically handled everything on the selling of my home, which is great because that energy is better spent on looking for a new home. I rarely has to consider anything on my end for selling. Both realtors were professional and personable, and you could tell they prided themselves on doing a good job which is unfortunately a rare trait. Using the same company for buying and selling was also nice, because they could schedule some of the coordination without my direct involvement. If you’ve ever purchased and sold a home at the same time, I’m sure you too are aware of how important coordination is. TL;DR I wholly recommend Amanda Howard’s real estate team, and even more so do I recommend Tina Craft and Allie Wright.
