Giles County Real Estate

Real Estate

Giles County lies on the Alabama-Tennessee border in the south-Middle Tennessee region. With a 2018 estimated population of 29,503 total residents, Giles’ County is treasured for its beautiful scenery, historic buildings, and southern hospitality.

Pulaski serves as the county seat; it earned the Tennessee Main Street Community designation in 2015. The hub was named after a Polish soldier credited with saving George Washington’s life during the American Revolution.

David Crockett State Park honors Davy Crockett of historic Alamo fame. The pioneer, soldier, and entrepreneur ran several businesses on Shoal Creek until an 1821 flood ruined his mills. From here, he moved on to West Tennessee.

Another notable venue is the Milky Way Farm, founded by Frank Mars of the Milky Way candy bar and Mars company. The 1,000-acre farm hosts events at its Manor House and Show Barn, offers seasonal activities, and has walking trails.

Other towns in Giles County are Elkton, Minor Hill, and Lynnville.
