Why Should You Attend Huntsville Restaurant Week?

    Known as one of the most interesting events of the year, Huntsville Restaurant Week is a must attend. This event is perfect for those looking to enjoy great food and plenty of fun. The event lasts ten days and it held all throughout the Huntsville and Madison County area.

    This year, restaurant week will run from August 14th to August 23rd with more than 60 local restaurants participating in the fun. Each restaurant will offer incredible dishes at great prices, making it a great time for locals and those willing to travel to Huntsville during this incredible event.

    The Food Specials

    Each restaurant participating in Restaurant Week will provide lunch and/or dinner specials. Lunch specials will have a price point of $5, $10 or $15, while dinner specials will be $10, $20 or $30. The price will include an appetizer, main course and a dessert. Restaurants may offer just one option or a combination of options.

    What’s New for 2015?

    This year, you will not only get to enjoy plenty of new restaurants, but also an entirely new category. The new category is called Bonus Bites and will include plenty of delectable items not really fitting anywhere else. Some of the items fitting in this category will include breakfast and dessert choices.

    Throughout the event there will be plenty of special events to enjoy including:

    • U.S. Space & Rocket Center’s Biergarten – August 13th
    • Free BBQ Samples at the Visitors Center – August 10th to 14th
    • Nick’s Ristorante: Whiskey Tasting & Lunch – August 16th
    • DHI’s Food Truck Rally – August 21st
    • Tour de France, Y’all! – August 22nd
