Edgewater is one of the largest communities in the Madison area. Remington Place: This area has 59 homes within it. The homes are moderately sized to small. Many are two stories and between two and three bedrooms. You will find that homes here are closer together providing a tighter knit community.

Carriage Hill: This is a popular location for a number of reasons including that it is one of the newest subdivisions in the area. There are about 40 single-family homes here. However, there is still room for new construction. Some of the best homes here have beautiful views of Lady Ann Lake. Still, the area is quite walkable and welcoming.

Morland Shores: This area is a gated community and the only one in Edgewater that is a gated community. The homes offer nice outdoor landscapes and some outstanding access to the surrounding wetlands. It is easy to feel like you are anywhere but in a larger city when you live here.

Fox Bend: There are several areas here, all of which have homes of about 1800 square feet. The area has about 64 single-family homes. There are a few ranches here, but most of the homes are two floors.

Compass Point: A subdivision that is attracting a lot of attention from younger families, this community has a lot to offer. It is also a newer area to buy or build into. It is home to about 82 single-family homes.
