    Carriage Hill: This is a popular location for a number of reasons including that it is one of the newest subdivisions in the area. There are about 40 single-family homes here.     Fox Bend: There are several areas here, all of which have homes of about 1800 square feet. The area has about 64 single-family homes. There are a few ranches here, but most of the homes are two floors.

    Compass Point: A subdivision that is attracting a lot of attention from younger families, this community has a lot to offer. It is also a newer area to buy or build into. It is home to about 82 single-family homes.
