- Huntsville housing inventory stood at 3,320 units, which is an increase of 450 units from last December. This is also 21% higher than the 5-year December average.
- Inventory to sales ratio stood at 8.3 months of supply, which puts us in a balanced market here in Huntsville.
- The Median sales price was $169,900, which is a decrease of 7.5% from December 2013.
