Huntsville Alabama is located just south of the Tennessee border in northern Alabama. We are a couple hours North of Birmingham Alabama and offer a variety of residential neighborhoods, industrial and commercial retail, recreational and outdoor facilities as well as great schools an excellent job growth.

Huntsville also was rated one of the best performing cities of 2010 by CNN and Money magazine and Madison was one of the country’s best places to live in 2009. Since 2000 Huntsville has seen a growth of about 15% over the last 13 years and the average home price is about $130,000. The cost of living in Huntsville is about 3.8% lower than the US average and there are about 16 students per teacher on average in the Huntsville school district.
Huntsville unemployment rate is 6.9% which is nearly 2% lower than the US average and our job growth is positive increasing by nearly 2% each year.
Madison, which is just outside of Huntsville, makes a great town to raise a family or retiring, Madison provides great schools and good amenities but if you’re commuting to and from the Huntsville area you may have a longer commute than had you had worked in Madison.
Magnolia Springs tends to be a popular place located in Harvest Alabama, about 10 minutes North West of downtown Huntsville. The Redstone Arsenal is a military base just south of downtown Huntsville and is comprised of residential areas, a city center, professional and industrial zones and covers nearly 39,000 acres. There are several communities surrounding the Redstone Arsenal including Madison, the Valley Hill golf and country club as well is several entrances from the North to the South and on both the East and West sides of the base.
