Today I want to share with you how our market performed in 2015. You’ll be happy to hear that we saw positive improvement in nearly every category, and we expect this momentum to continue into 2016. Our office served more than 630 families in 2015, and we anticipate to assist even more this year.
The largest increase we saw was in residential sales which improved by 20%. Our average list price and average sale price also increased-this is excellent news for everyone in the area.
We took one step further to analyze which school districts and areas had the strongest growth gains. This is available in a separate document that we are happy to share with you. School districts play a huge role in determining home values, so this is very valuable data.
