The most iconic mural, “Welcome to Huntsville” can be located here and is a perfect location for families new to the area to take a picture. The newest addition to the Downtown Trails is in honor of Mae Jamison who was the first African American female in space. Located in Big Spring park, all of Mae’s quotes have been painted uniquely onto power boxes.
