Guaranteed Sale Program

Sometimes buyers will find their dream home, but they need to sell their current home first. A home sale contingency makes their purchase offer less attractive. We know from experience that listing with a home sale contingency increases our seller’s stress as they wonder when and if their home will sell in time.

Our guaranteed sale program provides peace of mind that we will sell their home for the most money possible while guaranteeing their home will sell. 

Through this option, our brokerage agrees to sell the home for a specific price by an agreed-upon date or Amanda Howard Sotheby’s International Realty buys the home. We discuss the pricing and terms with the seller before signing any agreement. 

Most significantly, the sellers can change their minds and cancel the deal at any time with our “easy out” listing agreement. This program allows us to offer a seamless real estate experience.

Immediate Sale Program

Not every seller is interested in the traditional sale process and waiting for an unknown time for their home to sell. They want to divest their property quickly. 

Our immediate sale program assists sellers looking for the fastest and easiest out. We give an “as-is” offer in as little as one business day. The owners could be at the closing table in 10-14 days with no hassle. That means no repairs and no showings.

We create the offer by looking at comparable homes and factor in the home’s particular features. The in-person home assessment is free.
