On this week’s Monday Morning Coffee, in addition to our March market report, we have a very exciting announcement.

Our team has just launched our 400th home sale charity program. Because of all your support in buying or selling a home with us or referring people our way to buy or sell, we are able to give back $6,000 in commissions to five local charities in our community when we hit our 400th home sale this year.

This is our way to say thank you and give you the opportunity to choose where this money goes. We have already launched a 10-day Facebook poll that is quickly gaining momentum. Between now and Thursday, April 20th, we want you to go online and vote for your favorite charity out of the list of 10 finalists using this link.
