What is a Food Tour?
A food tour is a walking tour of the historic downtown area. this tour provides not only great food from local restaurants, but also plenty of culture and history. Along with the fun, you will enjoy a bit of humor from your guide as you sample plenty of culinary delights.
What does a Tour Include?
When you decide to take a food tour, you will visit six different restaurants and receive samples at each. The artisans and owners of the restaurants will tell you stories about the building, the food or anything else of interest. You will also get to enjoy area parks and the surrounding area.
Along with the food, you will have a guide willing to share some of the folklore of the area. The guide will point out many of the buildings, show you some of the history of the area and even throw in a little bit of fun with legends and humor.

Currently, the Huntsville Food Tours includes the following restaurants:

- The Office
- Harrison Brothers Hardware
- Kaffeklatsch
- Below the Radar

Information and Cost
The Huntsville Food Tours last about 2.5 hours and wind through the historic downtown area. They stop at one of the best gastro-pubs in the area, a coffeehouse, European eatery and a specialty shop. Each tour can accommodate up to 16 people.
