Nevertheless, there is plenty more to attract families to the area. It has a strong school system. It is only about 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to Research Park. You’ll likely be within a short walk or drive to Big Spring Park, too. During the summer, the area offers concerts and there are always events being held here as well. There’s a moderately sized restaurant selection here, along with a modern selection of trendy shops downtown.
