David Dahne
Dave Dahne was born in Miami, Florida, and he has lived in seven different states and two different countries. His very early years were spent in Germany before moving back to Miami. Dave attended his freshman through junior years of high school in Japan, and graduated high school at Plainsfield High in Indiana. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Business Management.
Dave has a well-rounded background in residential construction with 30+ years experience. He held most all positions in new home construction from superintendent to purchasing manager on to operation management. Highlights include Building Company Executive for Arthur Rutenberg Homes, an on-your-lot custom home builder in Florida, Division President for John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods overseeing Nashville, Tennessee and Louisville, Kentucky operations, and Operations Manager for Emerald Homes, the custom home division of DR Horton in Southeast Florida. During this time he attained Florida and Tennessee Residential Contractors licenses. Dave also was VP of Construction for Paul
Davis Restoration in Jacksonsville, Florida. where he earned certifications in Applied Structural Drying, Fire Restoration, Mold Remediation, and Lead Paint.
Dave began his residential real estate career in 2007 with a Tennessee real estate license selling in Nashville, and then after moving back to Florida in 2009 obtained a Florida Brokers License. He was a Division Sales Manager for Keyes Real Estate managing the Port St Lucie, Florida office. During his time managing new home building companies he was involved in managing and training new sales agents. Dave moved to Cullman, Alabama in 2023 where he got his Alabama Brokers License.
Dave's background gives him a unique perspective on homes since he has seen most everything that has been done, or can be done in a home of interest to his customers. He has a passion for the business with his mother a real estate agent in California and Florida, and
