Marian Stone is an award winning REALTOR® and Real Estate Broker serving clients throughout Florida, Alabama and Georgia. With over thirty years of real estate experience, Marian is an associate broker with AHSIR. Marian’s path to a successful real estate career was a natural one. Looking back, she recalls her journey into the industry:

I used to work in commercial construction before I went into real estate. I was young, but I had a reputation for getting things done. Eventually, my dad and I started flipping houses in Orlando, and we were making some good money. We did a lot of the work ourselves, and I really enjoyed it. That’s when I decided to get my real estate license.

Since making the transition to real estate in 1987, Marian had established herself as one of the top producing agents in the Southeast. Throughout her career as a Realtor, she has helped countless clients find their dream home or sell their property while also cultivating a broad portfolio in commercial real estate.

Marian serves clients in the greater Huntsville area. With extensive training and a long list of certifications, she specializes in real estate ranging from luxury homes and condominiums to rental and investment properties to REO and short sales.

This expansive work affords Marian unique insight on trends in Southeastern real estate. In particular she notes that the Alabama market is distinct from surrounding states.
