Susan Fink

Susan Fink comes to Amanda Howard Sotheby’s International Realty in Huntsville with over 15 years of real estate experience. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in 2007, Susan worked at numerous Wall Street and boutique investment firms as a Client Relationship Liaison and Portfolio Manager. While her three children were very young, she balanced motherhood with helping her clients and friends strategize to buy and sell homes in some of the most beautiful areas of Ventura, Los Angeles, and Orange Counties in Southern California. Prior to moving to Alabama, Susan also served two terms on the Grievance and Ethics Committee of her local Association of Realtors.

In early 2018, Susan and her husband began considering a relocation to Huntsville, although were a bit concerned at the prospect of buying a home in a housing market they didn’t understand. So over the next year, Susan visited and considered homes, schools and communities from Athens, Decatur, Huntsville, and Scottsboro, to Hampton Cove, Cherokee Ridge and Union Grove, all the way up to the Tennessee border. She especially loves the sprawling landscape, historic elements, and character found in so many Alabama homes, and benefits her real estate clients with this relocation experience.

Buying or selling a home is much more than an isolated transaction, but rather an event that will likely have an impact on many areas of a person’s life. Susan enjoys getting to know the people she works with so she can best perceive and anticipate how to guide them toward decisions that work for them both now, and for years to come. She is a hand holder by nature, and will walk you through every step of your home transaction with confidence.

Susan is an avid lover of God’s word and enjoys reading, landscape design, interior decorating, hosting dinner parties for friends and church family, appreciating the outdoors, and laughing at the birds that come to her bird feeders. She and her husband live in the Burningtree Mountain neighborhood of Decatur, are active in their local church, offer Biblical grief counseling, and host weekend retreats for other parents who’ve lost children.
