Calah Fite
Born and raised in New Orleans, LA, Calah has always been a people person. She later moved to the Tennessee Valley in 2012 when she attended Belmont University. During her time there, she placed her passion for people into design and business, graduating with a degree in Social Entrepreneurship and minoring in Graphic Design.
Upon graduating, she went on to receive her masters in counseling because nothing gives her more purpose than letting others know that she sees and cares for their needs. Around this same time, she purchased her first home in Nashville, TN, and became fascinated with the home buying and renovating process.
When her husband received a job in Huntsville that brought them to Rocket City, she was fascinated with the booming real estate market here and partnered with her recently retired Father. They developed an Investment Company called Dual Generations and began acquiring, renovating and renting multiple investment properties. This led her to pursue her real estate license and turn this passion into a career.
She is known to spot a good deal, see design and transformation potential, and move quickly so that her clients don’t miss a great opportunity to find a home or investment property.
While not showing houses, she still sees a few clients for counseling each week, plays live music with her husband around town, teaches at Cyclebar Huntsville, and serves at Church of the Highlands. The many hats she wears keeps her involved in the Huntsville community and demonstrates her widespread creativity and enthusiasm for others.
