Kandi is the Director of Referrals & Relocation at Amanda Howard Sotheby’s International Realty. She joined the company in 2006 as an Executive Assistant to Owner & CEO, Amanda Howard. As the company’s very first employee, she aided company owners in developing systems and departments for listings, closings, inside sales, and client care. She has an extensive resume in exceeding expectations with her client care, problem solving, project management, onboarding new team members, and event planning with the company.
In her role as Director of Referrals & Relocation, she is responsible for building relationships within the Sotheby’s International Realty Global Referral Network to facilitating broker to broker referrals, as well as developing relationships with local and national corporations and relocation management companies to assist relocating employees with real estate services in North Alabama and Southern Middle Tennessee.
She holds a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation and is a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, Relocation Directors Council, and the Southeastern Regional Relocation Council. She has held an Alabama Real Estate License for more than a decade. She received the “Outstanding Team Culture” award voted on by her peers, and most recently the 2022 Partner in Quality Award from WHR Group employee Relocation.
