About Amanda’s Team
In 2004, Amanda Howard relocated to Huntsville, Alabama along with her husband. Her love of real estate assured her the move would be beneficial despite the fact that she was in a new city. She began on her path to success by gaining real estate knowledge and thoroughly studying the local real estate market. During her first full year of real estate in Huntsville, Amanda closed 77 homes as a single agent in a new town. Within two short years, Amanda had made an impeccable impression on the community and was recognized as the top sales agent in her office, as well as within the SE division of the U.S.
Now she leads a dedicated team, helping clients realize their home dreams. Our office is the first of its kind in North Alabama! We are a boutique, specialty firm that takes good agents, and we train them to be elite agents. Amanda Howard’s Story
After an incomparable introduction into the Huntsville real estate market, Amanda, her husband, and her small team went on to seize the opportunity in November of 2009 to open their own independent real estate company despite the numerous news stories depicting the “down market”. From there, Amanda Howard Real Estate has grown into an exceptional company and dominated the market as the highest respected real estate firm in North Alabama.
In addition to serving the community by assisting countless buyers and sellers, Amanda is part of many benevolent community groups such as the Women’s Economic Development Council (WEDC), Downtown Huntsville Inc., Kids to Love, Huntsville Symphony Orchestra, Huntsville Area Crime Stoppers, Leadership Council for Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE), National Association of Realtors, HREGI through Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce, Huntsville’s Committee of 100, Huntsville/Madison County Leadership Alumni, and the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors.
